Because I put more into creating your personal product than anything you'll every see in any store, I know that you'll absolutely LOVE opening your box. Anything less than complete joy on your part is not good enough for me and I'll do everything in my power to make your carved dog a prized piece of your home forever.

So it might sound like I'm being overly generous with my guarantee but the truth is that nobody ever returns anything. Once in awhile, someone will want me to 'tweak' the colors of their carved dog but since I hand paint each and every dog anyhow, this is really easy for me to take care of for people.

Thrilled customers are the best advertising I have!

In the even that something is not exactly what you hoped for (although, most people expect less then I actually deliver ) then all I ask is that you call me 1st to arrange a return  for replacement. Since these are all hand made custom items, please understand that I cannot just 'pull one off the shelf' and that it will take a bit of time to fix things up just right for you. If I cannot get your piece to be just right for you, then I'll gladly return your money.
